Prof. Dr Bernhard Hauer leaves Supervisory Board of BRAIN Biotech AG for personal reasons

30 May 2022, Zwingenberg (Germany) - Professor Dr. Bernhard Hauer has informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BRAIN Biotech AG that he wishes to resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board of BRAIN Biotech AG in the near future for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board has regretfully complied with this request and Prof. Dr. Hauer will resign from the Board as per his wishes as of May 31, 2022.
