Sustainability

Sustainability shapes our business model from the ground up. Our strategy for sustainable corporate development and reporting is based on national and international standards and focuses on clearly defined areas of action that are in line with the 16 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN Global Compact.

With our fully integrated ESG strategy, we ensure that sustainability is taken into account in all business processes and decisions – and that measures are implemented effectively.

We published our initial sustainability report in March 2022. Today, we rely on an advanced, voluntary reporting strategy in accordance with the VSME standard to transparently present our impact on the environment and society. In doing so, we meet the increased requirements for transparent sustainability reporting.

Using concrete examples, we also show how developments, products, and collaborations are designed to support industrial partners in achieving their own sustainability goals.

UN Global Compact

Since 2021, we have been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. Every year, we report on our progress and developments in the area of sustainable corporate management.
