Sustainability Reporting

For us, reporting is much more than just a mandatory task.

We see sustainability reporting as a valuable tool for identifying opportunities, risks, and influencing factors at an early stage, deriving measures, and securing our long-term business success. At the same time, we want to build trust among business partners, investors, banks, and insurance companies through transparent reporting. We published our first voluntary and comprehensive sustainability report in accordance with GRI standards in 2022.

In 2025, we conducted a complete double materiality analysis across the group in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and derived key insights for our sustainability and corporate strategy. Although there is no legal reporting obligation and the application of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to our company is unlikely in the medium term as things stand, we will continue to report voluntarily in accordance with the VSME (Voluntary Small and Medium Size Enterprise) standard. Our ESG data sheet remains a central source of information, in which we provide all relevant key figures in a clear and easily accessible manner.

We are also an active member of the UN Global Compact, where we publish an annual Communication on Progress (COP) in accordance with the ten principles of the United Nations in the areas of human rights, labor standards, the environment, and anti-corruption.
